Laura — thank you for replying so quickly with your selections. You picked lines 1, 3, 4, 5, and 7 on the exterior, and added interior window washing. The roof is off the menu since you’re replacing it — smart call, and we’ll be here when the new one’s ready for a reset wash. The outdoor kitchen is removed as well.
Five exterior services run as a single crew day. House soft-wash, paver driveway, pool deck, pool cage, and exterior windows — all in one visit by the trained exterior crew. That’s where the 15% multi-service bundle discount kicks in.
Interior windows are a separate crew. Our trained interior team handles sills, tracks, blinds, and panes with a pure-water technique. You mentioned you “probably have more windows” — we’ve priced at 35 panes and we’ll confirm the count on-site. If it’s higher, the line adjusts at the same $5/pane rate; you’ll know the final number before any work starts.
Pricing notes. Exterior rates already include the 3% credit-card processing fee. Interior windows are priced straight through — no surcharge. One visit, two crews, done.

Our Guarantee
Every service in this package carries the FCPE Gold Standard guarantee. If the cage isn’t clean when we leave, we come back for the cage. If a window has a streak, we come back for that window. The guarantee follows the service, not just the bundle.
Soft-wash algae kill is warranted for 6 months on every soft-wash service in this proposal (house, cage, pool deck). If algae returns inside that window on any of those surfaces, we return at the next dry window — no charge, no friction.
